First day of school!

day was the first day of school...
Adalee started 3rd grade and C.J. started 1st grade. They were both really excited to go back, will see how long that last! Here are a few pictures before they took off this morning.

Happy Happy Birthday Adalee...

Happy Birthday Addie!!! I can hardley believe Adalee turned 9 August 13th... For her birthday she wanted to go to Aunt Maries (her great aunt) and go swimming so we met there with all the cousins and had a pool party! Then Tyler and I let her choose where she wanted to go that night as a family for dinner she chose Wingers. Then we had another family party with the other cousins that night... Adalee is preteen already and it might kill me. She lets her dad and I know that she is a grown woman (that's what she tells us) she is a huge joy in our family and her brothers and sister look up to her a lot. We love you Adds Happy 9th...

Addie @ her parties. She and I made her cupcakes they are supposed to look like chocolate milkshakes. She was happy with them so thats all that matters.

My New Best Friend...

And... No I don't mean Briggs! Not today anyway. My new best friend and his new worse enemy! He looks so innocent in this picture that is for sure but don't be deceived by his looks. After serveral run-a-way attempts this past year today we had to get the local Sherrif involved I was so scared I could hardly think I knew no one had taken him (if so they would bring him back) but I was so scared that he was going to end up hit by a car or getting overheated... So after a neighborhood search and 35 minutes we called the cops in to help. Good news we found him safe and sound splashing in someones pool by himself about 1.5 miles away. A pool never crossed my mind but I am so glad that nothing bad happened there either. I hope this keeps him safe for a few more years and helps me keep my sanity... Thanks all for your help!!!

Baby turn's 1...

I can not believe my baby has turned ONE... (June 14th) Time has gone by so fast. She is such a joy to have and we all love and cherish her so much. She is always full of lots of grin's infact she is known for her famous little crooked smile. She began walking a week before she turned one and she can say "Mommy", "Daddy", "Addie", "papa", "doggie", "hi", "nono"... etc... Emree we love you and you bring us so much joy! Happy 1st Birthday

Awe... New pictures of all my beautiful babies! (well they once were babies) We decided go and take new pictures of our kids it was not fun I won't lie. The older two did great as for Emree she just didn't want to sit long enough to get a great one and well Briggs there is always one in the group who has to be a butt... He get's it from his dad I swear so as you look at the pictures never mind the one giving crusties to me as I take them! They still turned out pretty darn cute I think and well maybe next time he will not be mr. grumpy pants! It adds character I guess.

Bee Happy???

I don't think so!!! Give me your opinion! Call me crazy but after this happening for a fourth time this year I threw a fit... I am not against someone raising bee's out on large acre lot or so, but honestly on our .10th of an acre come on now. Not to mention the 80 kids that live surrounding this area! So yes me and Mr. ___ got into it today over the bee issue we have going on. I am glad Tyler was home today to support me on this one! Anyhow it made for a long day of NO kids playing in our back yard and Mr.____ trying to collect his bee's to take back home. I have never seen anything like this! WOW.... Any how I was a brat and called our HOA to report it and he let me know I was not the first person to complain, but nothing was to happen so today when Mr.___ told me it wasn't that bad and I was lying about the bee's swarming I took it into my own hands and contacted the next up, little to be said I won and the bee's will be taken from this area within the next few days or so now I just hope Mr.____ Dosen't come burn my house down! :) Double click on the pictures to enlarge and see the full version... 6th Birthday!!!

C.J. had his 6th birthday on April 28th... He had a great day not only is he easily pleased he is just an all around good boy! And we love him so much... He is such a blessing in our family and we love him so much . Happy Birthday buddy! We love you.

We played a trick on him and hid his presents so all that was on the table for him was this box of doughnut's as you can see and like I said he is easily pleased and he made no complaints when we told him that was it he just smiled and said I love these. He got Lego's and new church close and trucks. He was a Happy boy! Grandma and Grandpa Degelbeck came out for dinner and icecream and they spoiled him too with outfits and transformers and bionicles. So in the end he went out with a bang, and the fun isn't over yet he has a party on Sat. and Sun. Lucky kid.

Lost tooth???

Cassius lost his first tooth! With a little help from Grandpa Crosby who is known famous for helping those slightly loose teeth find there way out! It took a lot of encouragment for C.J. to allow grandpa to feel just how loose it was, but he finally braved up enough for grandpa to get the job done. And he talked grandpa into $3 for the tooth. C.J. was so excited for the tooth fairy to come and she did although C.J. was a little disappointed that she or he was not as generous and grandpa!
